Haxbli end user license agreement

  1. This agreement is between you, the person or organization who bought or downloaded one of our plugins, and us, Haxbli LLC. Below, that plugin and its updates are called “the plugin.” By installing it, you accept this agreement.

  2. The plugin is licensed to you, not sold. The license is non-exclusive and non-transferable. We keep our copyright and every other right in the plugin that this agreement does not grant you.

  3. If you obtained the plugin as an individual, you may install it on any computer you use, and only you may use it. If you obtained it as an organization, one person at a time may use it. You may download the plugin as often as you need to.

  4. What you make with the plugin, such as music, recordings, and performances, belongs to you, free of any royalty to us.

  5. You may not sell, give, lend, or rent your license to anyone else.

  6. You may not share copies of the plugin or include it in another product without our written permission.

  7. This license lasts until you end it or until you break this agreement, as described in the next two paragraphs (8 or 9).

  8. You may end this license by writing to us that you have deleted every copy of the plugin you have. If you write within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund what you paid.

  9. If you break this agreement, your license ends. When it ends, you must stop using the plugin and delete every copy you have.

  10. IMPORTANT! The plugin is provided as is. You take on the whole risk of its quality and performance. We make no warranty, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

  11. ALSO IMPORTANT! Our liability for any cost, damage, or other loss arising from your use of the plugin, including claims by third parties, is limited to a refund of what you paid for it. Neither the warranty disclaimer in the previous paragraph (10) nor this limit on our liability affects a right the law gives you that cannot be waived.

  12. The laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania govern this agreement. The courts of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising under it.

  13. The plugin contains software components by others, which are licensed under their own terms. The file THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt that comes with the plugin lists those components and contains each license in full.

  14. This is the whole agreement. If part of it turns out to be unenforceable, the rest remains. It can be changed only if we both agree in writing, which includes email. An update to the plugin may come with a new version of this agreement, which applies to that update once you install it.
